We are on the lookout for a talented full-cycle, high-volume recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to grow our exceptional team of former admissions officers, MDs, nurses, and other accomplished, empathetic, and intelligent professionals. In addition to sourcing and hiring top talent, you will also play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new team members. What You'll Do
- Responsible for owning the full cycle recruitment process from creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and preparing offer letters for successful candidates
- Lead the implementation of new and existing recruitment initiatives such as targeted electronic advertising through social media to maximize the pool of potential candidates
- Identify and implement recruitment strategies to effectively source and recruit specific skill sets
- Report on recruitment activities and prepare & review with senior management
- Working in sync with the management team to ensure that recruitment initiatives and processes are developed, implemented, communicated, and delivered
- Manage on average 15-20, high-volume requisitions end-to-end
- Assist in assessing organizational needs to support recruitment initiatives
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes by collaborating with HR and hiring managers to cultivate strong relationships
- Provide updates and reporting on recruitment strategies and plans
- Manage all external job postings for assigned roles
- Own and coordinate a seamless end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel supported, prepared, and connected from day one
Who You Are
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environmentSelf-starter, ability to think on your own and creatively solve problemsStrong collaboration skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent understanding of sourcing passive candidates with a keen ability to use data to drive passive candidate outreach to conversionProficiency with ATS technology - we use GreenhouseSystems capabilities : Google Suite, LinkedIn, SlackStrong project management skills and ability to manage deadlinesExperience supporting or managing new hire onboarding as part of the full recruitment lifecycleEffective communication skills (influential across written, verbal, and presentation)Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilitiesIn-house, startup recruiting experience is a mustWhat We Look For
