Overview
Elevo is hiring a Regional Program Training Manager (RPTM) to oversee quality assurance and implementation of our onsite staff and programs. The role reports to the Operations Manager and, with support from the Regional Lead Training Manager, leads a regional team in executing Elevo's WASC-accredited curriculum and activities. Data-driven decision-making supports meeting company and department goals.

Responsibilities
Coach Development & TrainingDeliver high-impact in-person and virtual training on topics including trauma-informed care, restorative practices, and social-emotional and behavioral support.Mentor and nurture coaches during onboarding and launch through the Elevo Buddy System.Conduct ongoing program and coach observations, providing real-time modeling, feedback, and skill development support.Host regular regional training sessions and optional office hours for coaches.Ensure coaches implement Elevo curriculum and student engagement strategies.Engage in site self-assessment and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).Conduct coach evaluations as determined by company expectations.Coordinate with the regional Lead Training Manager to ensure on-time training delivery aligned with goals.Program Management & QualityLead a high-performing regional team of part-time coaches, promoting a positive, growth-minded culture and serving as the daily main point of contact.Perform frequent school site visits to support program health, mentor / coach development, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with site administrators to align programming.Oversee coach scheduling, timesheet approvals, and performance documentation with Operations.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with the Lead Training Manager to design ongoing regional training roadmaps.Align with Operations Manager and Curriculum and Training teams to support hiring and onboarding of future Coaches.Liaise with internal departments and school stakeholders to continuously improve program delivery.Other Duties as AssignedParticipate in regular professional development and manage scheduling adjustments, weekly schedule audits, and coach data management within HubSpot.Qualifications
Required : 2+ years of experience in team leadership, training, or coach / teacher development.Ability to visit school sites in the region 3-5 times per week.Strong facilitation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred : Experience in TK–8 education or enrichment programs; knowledge of classroom management and social-emotional learning practices; intermediate Microsoft Office skills; prior Elevo experience is a plus.Skills & Traits

Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including experience level, education, location, knowledge, and skills.
