- Additional Info : Impact at scale : Support high-risk youth (e.g., foster care, legal system,etc). -Clinical + leadership hybrid : Treat youth directly + supervise residents (Creedmoor Post Graduate Year 3 Psychiatry Residents), NPs, and program leaders. Split your time between direct clinical care (40%) and strategic leadership (60%), guiding child psychiatry across NYC's largest social services nonprofit.-Minimum of 7 hours requried for part-time. Help supervise a caseload of patients. An occasional one-time evaluation may be needed during other hours for a client not on caseload but the role is mostly supervisory-Lead innovation - Drive protocols, quality initiatives, and new youth initiativesQUALIFICATIONS : -Active DEA and New York State license as a psychiatrist required.-Approved PECOS and OPRA status in NY state required.-Psychiatrists must be board certified in child psychiatry.-Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise
