We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist for our Support Center in Mount Pleasant Michigan who is highly detail-oriented has a positive attitude (even under pressure) and is self-motivated. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills. Technology Support Specialists are responsible for entering and editing service requests assisting with hardware / software / networking needs documenting processes performing new user and computer setups and more

You Have :

• Two to three years experience troubleshooting hardware and software networks scanners printers and accessories
• Working knowledge of networking printers and scanners
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams experience is a plus!)
• Ability to multitask or switch between tasks quickly
• Proven customer service skills
• Strong email and telephone etiquette
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident working alone or with a team
