Senior Sourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing and Contracting Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate strategic planning for perioperative supplies and services, engaging clinicians and operational leadership

Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and addressing performance issues

Oversee the execution of Value Analysis Team (VAT) initiatives, including contract negotiations and implementation of new supplies / services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree

Minimum ten years of overall experience in Supply Chain, Value Analysis, or related fields

Five years of specific experience in Peri-Op healthcare Value Analysis or contracting

Must have Peri-Op product knowledge and be capable of high financial analytics

Certification in relevant areas (CPSM, Lean / Six Sigma, Project Management) is required within one year of hire
