As a Structural Engineer II, youll play a key role in the design and development of structural and hydraulic systems for our cooling tower products. This includes working across multiple product lines and materialsbringing practical, cost-effective, and code-compliant solutions from concept through execution.

Youll contribute to new product development, order fulfillment, field troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts. This is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role that blends design expertise with project coordination, vendor engagement, and field insight.

What You'll Do

Each day is different, but your core responsibilities will include :

1. Engineering & Design

• Perform detailed structural and hydraulic analyses and develop engineering calculations.
• Create and refine structural designs and specifications for standard and custom components.
• Review and approve engineering documentation and vendor-supplied materials.
