LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Physical Medicine MD in Fort Collins, Colorado, 80524!

About The Position

We are seeking a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Doctor for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Colorado. This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, and features flexible scheduling with 4-8 days of coverage per month, including day shifts from 7am to 5pm and low-volume night call from 5pm to 7am. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing medically complex patients in a rehabilitation unit within a community hospital setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the attending for the rehabilitation unit
  • Oversee care for medically complex patients referred by hospital consults
  • Coordinate patient care with other hospital specialties as needed
  • Ensure high standards of care for patients

  • Board Certification required
  • Active Colorado license or active IMLC required
  • Prior experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred
  • Adaptable schedule; no minimum coverage days required
