Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable

Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals, as well as a sprawling operation that spans from farming over 300 acres of hemp, extraction, chemical processing, packaging and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers.

Lazarus Naturals was founded in 2016 to provide safe and accessible CBD products for everyone who would benefit from them, regardless of their financial situation and ability to pay, which is why we provide a 60% Assistance Program to veterans and people with disabilities or low-incomes. Cycling Frog is normalizing the consumption of casual use THC products. We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as a beer or soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower potency, ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone’s lifestyle. Under the Federal Farm Bill it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet, and anywhere you can grab a beer.

Position Overview

The Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable is responsible for all accounting and credit functions associated with sales to our eCommerce customers, our wholesale channel, regional and national retailers, and our private label clients. This position performs all accounts receivable, collections, credit review, terms management, and customer order approval that arise on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including, but not limited to :

• Sales invoicing and customer balance and credit review for pending order, and managing order approval for terms orders.
• Processing deposits and recording credit card and cash receipts.
• Researching and responding to customer inquiries and issues.
• Customer account credit, billback, reconciliation and balance management ,
• Credit application review and processing. Responsible for this overall workflow and managing how this is set up, documented, and information is shared.
• Terms management with existing customers. Following up with customers with open balances to ensure they are aware of the terms status, providing payment timelines and details to the team.
• Managing all monetary collections from customers past Terms and communications with their team and leveraging internal sales team to push accounts to pay. Responsibilities for taking past due customers to collections agencies and managing the collections agency and bad debt determination.
• General ledger postings for all accounts receivable.
• Since this role interacts daily with our customers, sales team and leadership, a strong customer service attitude and professional manner are required, along with strong attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to work thoughtfully and independently.
• Backup support and cross-training with Accounts Payable.
• Other duties as assigned.
