- Assist with *audit preparation* and liaise with external auditors.
- Manage *job cost accounting* for construction and real estate projects.
- Support *corporate banking functions* and financial reporting.
- Oversee *cost segregation* and *property tax appeal processes*.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial management for multiple entities.
Qualifications : *Requirements & Skills : *
- Strong experience in *construction and real estate accounting*, managing multiple entities.
- Expertise in *JDE (mandatory)*, MS Office, and Excel (*VLOOKUPs, PivotTables*).
- Solid understanding of cost segregation and property tax appeals.
- Experience with *loan and closing journal entries* as well as audit preparation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
