Your Impact

You will be part of a critical team that ensures life-saving technology can be manufactured reliably and consistently. You will work with a team of talented manufacturing engineers to support the equipment, processes, and personnel in our Phoenix manufacturing facility for Axons De-Escalation Devices & accessories.

What Youll Do

• Partner with NPI teams to design new manufacturing processes and equipment for NPI projects.
• Develop & sustain manufacturing processes that meet cost, ergonomic, quality, and cycle time requirements.
• Partner with Quality, R&D, and Product teams to ensure production outputs meet product and customer specifications.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes for potential quality risks & lead corrective actions to eliminate or reduce risk.
• Manage projects effectively, with an ability to plan, execute, and monitor to meet objectives and timelines.
