ACCESS South Bay is seeking a ER Supervisor to join our growing team!

ACCESS South Bay is one of the largest, most advanced, and progressive veterinary multi-specialty referral groups in So Cal. We are compromised of emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology and surgery providing the highest level care for pets in our community.
There are multiple routes and opportunities for growth within our hospital, and organization. We have Technician Trainers to help set you up for success and continued development, work alongside you and present continuing education lectures and wet labs!

Job Purpose :
- Provide primary point of contact through which all technical questions, comments,
concerns, and issues can be handled
Decrease the time spent by doctors and technical staff replicating responsibilities or missing duties by providing oversight for all technical employees in the momentDuties and Responsibilities :
Oversee the individuals working on any given shift to ensure their work product isexcellent
Review any patient / doctor issues that come up in the moment to allow for expedientand satisfactory resolution
Assign patients to the appropriate group based upon case severity and knowledge oftechnical skill level of group technical employees
Updating full patient census forms and patient board regularly during shiftUpdating Triage Board as necessary in a Triage-Center-In-Certification-Process HospitalEnsure rounds are being appropriately handled as patients are transferred from oneperson to the next
Acts as primary person for resource management of technical staff within the EmergencyDepartment
As assigned by the Technician Manager, trains staff in any technical areas requestedResponsible for being primary key-holder OR Cubex resource as neededQualifications :

Compensation - $29 - $36 / hr + $2 / hr differential
