JOB SUMMARY

A Registered Nurse (RN) partnering with Radiant Medical Staffing will work with our Acute Care Critical Access Hospitals to provide day to daynursing care and ensure the safety of patients. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give quality nursing care under the supervision of an MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide primary care to patients with varying backgrounds and medical histories in a ER setting
• Obtain and administerprescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursingtechniques
• Ensure patients' chart iscurrent and documentation is accurate
• Assess resident for change ofcondition
• Keep residents' family andphysician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, orconditions of health
• Communicate needs of residentto outside providers including but not limited to : Primary Care Provider, HomeHealth Agency, Pharmacy, etc
• Complete incident andaccident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel when necessary
• Other Duties as Assigned

REQUIREMENTS :

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the State of practice

Minimum of 1 year Emergency Room experience within an acute care setting.
