This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solution Architect & Pre-Sales, NetSuite in the United States .
In this role, you will lead NetSuite solution design and pre-sales efforts for clients undergoing implementations, upgrades, or system transformations. You will collaborate with clients, account executives, and delivery teams to scope projects, design tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless client experience. Your expertise will guide the technical and functional vision, support project planning, and help clients leverage the full potential of NetSuite. This position combines technical, consultative, and leadership skills, providing opportunities to influence outcomes, support business development, and drive project success in a dynamic environment. Travel may be required to support client engagements and ensure hands-on delivery.
Accountabilities :
- Lead solution design and architecture for large-scale NetSuite projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Scope, forecast, and plan project delivery, creating project plans, functional and technical specifications, and solution documentation.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, demos, proposals, RFP responses, and SOW creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement best practices, product capabilities, and effective solutions.
- Support project execution, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
- Provide thought leadership, guidance, and mentorship within pre-sales and delivery processes.
Requirements
4–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.Full lifecycle NetSuite project experience with strong presentation and client-facing skills.Experience facilitating design, configuration, and solutioning in NetSuite environments.Understanding of pre-sales processes and ability to influence stakeholders and clients.Project management experience with planning, scoping, and delivery oversight.Willingness to travel up to 50–75% and flexibility for occasional extended hours, nights, or weekends.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.Benefits
