Job descriptionDesign and execute scalable supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and support growth Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team across planning, logistics, and inventory management, fostering accountability and continuous improvement Oversee the end-to-end S&OP process to ensure accurate supply planning and timely fulfillment of market demand Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align forecasts and supply chain planning with business needs Optimize inventory deployment strategies to balance cost efficiency, stock availability, and customer satisfaction Negotiate freight rates and contracts, managing logistics provider relationships to control costs and ensure service quality Leverage data, technology, and automation to enhance forecasting, improve inventory management, and increase responsiveness to market shifts Define and track key supply chain KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to improve overall supply chain efficiency Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and apply lean principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering or Finance MBA preferred 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Experience with Global supply chain Experience in managing and implementing S&OP process Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management skills Experience in ERP / MRP systems (Prophet 21, SQL, Smoothie) Supply chain certifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Director, Supply Chain
Our client, based in Horsham, PA, is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain.
- This is a HYBRID role (3 days in office / 2 day remote)
- Local candidates only; not open to relocation at this time
Position Overview
The Director of Supply Chain will lead the strategic planning and execution of end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability to meet evolving business needs. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, product development, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals and deliver seamless cross-functional execution.
Success in this position requires a strong command of market dynamics, supplier networks, and logistical complexities to optimize performance, mitigate risk, and support the company’s long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence, driving continuous improvement and exceptional service to customers.
