Role Overview

We're looking for a Community Operations Manager to serve as our digital radar. You'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing external chatter about Labelbox across public forums like Reddit, Blind, Glassdoor, Twitter / X, Discord, and other relevant platforms.This isn't a community engagement or social media role. It's about listening, identifying trends, flagging risks, and delivering high-signal insights to stakeholders across Talent, Brand, and Product.

At Labelbox Support, you'll ensure the success of frontier AI labs and enterprises using our data factory infrastructure. You'll provide expert guidance on our Enterprise Platform, Frontier Data Labeling, and Expert Marketplace offerings, helping customers overcome technical challenges in their AI data pipelines. With our platform processing 50+ million annotations monthly, you'll develop deep technical expertise across multimodal, reasoning, coding, and multilingual use cases. Your timely, knowledgeable assistance will directly impact customer satisfaction and project outcomes, ensuring maximum value from human-in-the-loop processes. Join us in supporting the technical infrastructure that's advancing state-of-the-art AI through superior human data quality and transparency.

Labelbox strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is below. This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

$100,000-$120,000 USD
