Story County Medical Center is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial team of 7 providers in Nevada, IA, just outside of Des Moines, due to an upcoming retirement :

  • Join an established and collegial team of 7 primary care providers
  • Competitive guarantee, 4-day workweek, and manageable patient volumes of around 15 per day
  • Epic EMR
  • IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
  • Total first-year package up to $425,000 including sign-on, relocation assistance, and more makes for a generous compensation package
  • Dedicated support including nurses, IT, schedulers, coders, referral coordinators and more!

  • Close proximity and commutable from Ames and North Ankeny - one of the fastest growing cities in Iowa with several new developments including boutiques, a brewery, distinct eateries, and family friendly activities such as bowling, an arcade, and trampoline parks
