The salary for this position starts $49,000 annual, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.
We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Communications professional to join our North America marketing. This individual supports the planning, creation and execution of digital marketing and communication initiatives. This role works closely with marketing, product management and corporate communications teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and engage our professional audience across channels.
Position Purpose : The Digital Communication Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution and coordination of digital marketing campaigns across North America. This position ensures campaign tasks and deliverables are organized, on time, and aligned with business objectives. The coordinator will also manage digital tools that support sales and marketing, including asset management, approval systems, and content management platforms (CMS), helping to streamline workflows and maintain brand consistency.
Essential Functions :
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including scheduling, task tracking, and
ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets.
Track, organize, and manage job requests through the company’s content management system (CMS) to ensure visibility, accountability, and on-time completion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align job requests, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Manage digital asset management tools (such as Showpad) to organize, update, and distribute approved marketing content to internal stakeholders and sales teams.
Oversee the approval process for digital assets in the company’s digital asset management system, ensuring compliance with brand standards and proper
Support the use and optimization of digital sales tools, ensuring the sales team has the most current and relevant resources available
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, global teams) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
Assist with tracking campaign performance and maintaining project documentation.
Your Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Experience with digital marketing coordination, project management, or campaign execution preferred.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Showpad or similar) and content Management systems (CMS) for job tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and project management software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across digital assets
