The Opportunity

Our internal Platform teams mission is to unlock the full potential of our product engineering organization by providing an internal developer platform that increases autonomy and amplifies productivityeliminating friction while ensuring security compliance and resiliency at scale.

Were hiring a Senior Engineer to join our dynamic and talented platform team to help build the internal developer ecosystem powering Grows next-generation mental healthcare platform. Youll join a mission-driven team where engineering decisions have broad organizational impact and directly support Grows goal of making affordable mental health care more accessible across the U.S.

As a Platform engineer youll tackle complex challenges spanning AWS cloud infrastructure Kubernetes (EKS) operations CI / CD pipelines and the tooling automations and workflows that drive Grows engineering velocity.

As a Senior-level engineer youll lead projects within large-scale initiatives that cross organizational boundaries. Youll share ownership of key areas of our platform roadmap and collaborate closely with your teammates to deliver capabilities that improve development speed reliability and scalability.

What youll do :

Youll help us deliver a next-generation Kubernetes-based internal developer platform that :

• Forms a Strong Foundation : Resilient and scalable platform architecture; Automated cluster and infrastructure management.
• Provides New Capabilities : Progressive delivery (Canary Blue / Green); Multi-stage deployment pipelines; Ephemeral dev / test environments; Declarative application infrastructure management.
• Reduces Friction : Self-service application lifecycle workflows; Golden-path Application infrastructure abstractions.

Role Details

Hybrid Commitment : $210000 - 240000 USD Annually

Fully Remote Commitment : $177000 - 200000 USD Annually

This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC San Francisco or Seattle hub location three days per week : Tuesday Wednesday Thursday ) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 23 times per year (e.g. company and department offsites).

The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors including relevant experience qualifications and the candidates working location.
