What You'll Do Process Orders: Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels. Accuracy Review: Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness. Follow up promptly on any discrepancies or missing information. Warehouse Collaboration: Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Collaborate on inventory status, product availability, and any special requirements for cold storage. Communication Handling: Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently. Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner. Audit and Discrepancy Resolution: Regularly audit system and/or reports to identify and address any discrepancies. Take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed. What You Bring to the Pak Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word). Possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with accuracy and attention to detail. Pay Range: $17.50 - $21.12 per hour This pay range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the starting hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual rate will be determined based on a combination of factors including experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.
