CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Crew Chief to join our Infrastructure — Survey Geospatial Team at our Norwell, MA office.
YOUR IMPACT : CHA's comprehensive approach to survey and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) is the hallmark of a successful project. Our approach includes a variety of tools and skillsets from boots on the ground to advanced measurement technology including the use of drones. We are focused on putting all the elements together to create sustainable solutions that result in accurate and precise work. The Sr. Crew Chief is responsible for using their thorough surveying knowledge to lead the field crew through survey assignments including planning and evaluating proposed field survey projects. The professional in this role is responsible for field crew activities including implementing and adhering to prescribed quality assurance measures and providing professional representation to clients while working at project sites. The Sr. Crew Chief will travel to client sites and prepare, process and manage assigned field survey tasks.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include leading field survey assignments, planning and evaluating field survey projects, ensuring adherence to quality assurance measures, representing CHA to clients at project sites, and traveling to client sites to prepare, process, and manage assigned field survey tasks.

Salary & Culture
SALARY RANGE : $36.05 – $38.46. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
