Qualifications for Receptionist :
Greet visitors and answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
Direct Calls and handle inquiries
Assist patients as needed, scheduling appointments etc.
Perform light clerical duties
Responsibilities for Receptionist :
Must be able to read, write and speak English
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills
Clerical Experience
Computer skills; MS Word and Outlook
Must be comfortable to assist in emergency situations in a calm, competent manner
