Job descriptionRecent grad with a Bachelor's . Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills . Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria : College Degree Previous contact center experience Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on the clients accounts. Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency , consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
