Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with processing insurance claims and provide explanations for claim denials
Guide patients on how to submit claims and check the status of reimbursements
Handle high-volume inbound calls while maintaining a professional and service-oriented demeanor
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must pass a criminal background check
Able to work a full-time schedule of 32-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
Strong computer knowledge with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
