Regulatory Counsel

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their legal team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Research, interpret, and summarize state-specific regulations related to litigation support

Develop and maintain a centralized database of relevant federal and state rules and regulatory updates

Coordinate with legal counsel to assess regulatory changes and create internal policies reflecting jurisdictional requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

JD from an accredited law school with two or more years in litigation, regulatory compliance, or legal operations

Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements

Proven track record of interpreting statutes and translating them into operational guidance

Experience working with court reporting firms or law firms is preferred

Familiarity with notarial law, privacy laws, and regulatory laws is preferred
