• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Unit / Facility Details : \nPatient Ratios : 1 : 1 pit - 2 : 1

\n\n

Number of Beds : 4 LDR’s

\n\n

Shift & Scheduling : \nWeekend – Rotating

\n\n

Scheduling requirements : every other weekend

\n\n

10 days maximum time off

\n\n

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

\n\n

1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission

\n\n
