Current Openings

Full-Time : Gaylord (40 hours / wk), Grayling (40 hours / wk) or a Float position between Gaylord and Charlevoix (40 hours / wk)

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will :

• Verify and process medication orders
• Monitor patient medication therapies and outcomes
• Provide drug information, education, and clinical expertise
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff
• Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver the highest quality of care

What’s Required

All duties performed under supervision until licensure and training are completed
