Job description

CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of Physicians and Providers working with our Urology Team.

In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians and Providers working to provide patient and family centered care throughout the practice.  In collaboration with the Urology physicians, you can expect to assess, plan, evaluate, implement and coordinate the care of patients, in addition you will assist with surgical cases.

Schedule :

  • 5-day work week - Hospital and Clinic
  • 1.0 FTE
  • 1 : 7 Weekend morning rotation
  • 1 : 7 Holidays
  • Occasional outreach

    To be considered for our position you would need to :

  • Be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or have a current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.

    • We would prefer that you have experience in the following :

  • Urology or other surgical specialties

    • Pay and Benefits

  • Starting pay begins at $107,827 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Salary range : ?$107,827 - $137,134 per year
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
