Duties and Achievements
- Meticulously set up CNC milling machines, producing parts as per design specifications.
- Translate complex blueprints and technical manuscripts into actionable tasks.
- Stay vigilant over machine operations, adjusting parameters to ensure top-notch product quality.
- Engage in the regular maintenance and problem-solving of CNC technology.
- Uphold and exemplify safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain thorough records detailing production and machine status.
- Work cooperatively with your peers to bring about process improvements.
- Expertly handle measuring equipment such as micrometers and verniers.
Skill Set and Credentials
High school certification or equivalent; advantageous to have technical training in CNC operations.Valuable experience as a CNC Mill Operator or in a closely related position.Deep understanding of CNC programming and reading G-code.Proficiency in reading and understanding detailed technical blueprints.Ability to sustain precise tolerances within tight specifications.Well-versed in the use of essential measuring tools and quality standards.Impeccable detail orientation paired with problem-solving expertise.Robust communication talents with a strength in team collaboration.Competence Expected In :
