Join our dedicated team as a Registered Professional Nurse, where you will play a vital role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of patients throughout their care journey, with an emphasis on their discharge progress and smooth transitions during their acute care stay.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Ensuring the delivery and coordination of high-quality patient care by the caregiving team.
• Providing compassionate and competent care to patients, their families, and referring facilities.
• Actively participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) to develop from novice to competent and beyond, towards proficient or expert status in your specialty.
