What will you be doing?

At Circana, our people are unstoppable together! We’re seeking a highly skilled, consultative, full life-cycle recruiter who will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for complex and specialized roles, including positions in emerging areas such as AI. This role will support hiring across the Americas—including Mexico, Brazil, the , and Canada—requiring a strong understanding of diverse markets and compliance requirements. Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across the Americas to understand hiring needs for each role and meet competitive recruitment goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment while developing strategies to source, attract, and hire for critical and complex positions.
• Conduct and present market research on candidate data, including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, and talent supply / demand. Identify top target companies, competitors, and talent pools.
• Leverage traditional and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, specialized sourcing tools, resource sites, code repositories, forums, Chrome extensions, job boards, internal databases, CRM systems, search engines, social media, and web mining.
• Collaborate with team members to design innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for specialized and emerging roles.
• Lead recruiting discussions with hiring managers and HR, owning the strategy end-to-end.
• Develop effective interview and sourcing strategies with a focus on internal mobility and diverse talent.
• Guide hiring managers through candidate slates from initial presentation to finalist selection and offer, including salary negotiations.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS – UKG) and Candidate Relationship Management tool (CRM – Eightfold) are consistently updated.
• Create compelling job postings to attract candidates and represent Circana professionally across social networks. Partner with hiring teams to publish postings across multiple platforms.
• Lead or participate in special projects that drive continuous process improvement.

The range below reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is up to $800,000 MXN annually, which is a gross salary (before taxes and deductions). This is equivalent to approximately up to $66,500 MXN monthly (gross). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits to eligible employees in Mexico.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
