Job Title : Neonatologist - Permanent Position in Richmond, VA

Join a compassionate and innovative team at Richmond's largest delivery center, featuring a state-of-the-art Level III NICU. This facility is dedicated to excellence in neonatal care, providing 24 / 7 in-house coverage in a family-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists offering continuous 24 / 7 in-house coverage.
• Utilize advanced therapies including High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Work alongside on-site pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists for comprehensive care.
• Coordinate with a nurse-led neonatal transport team for patient transfers and emergencies.
• Deliver care in a single-family room NICU model that prioritizes family-centered care.
• Focus exclusively on NICU patients, with no requirement to cover the newborn nursery.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and collaborative clinical research.
• Contribute to a team culture that values innovation, education, and family support.
