Manager Quality

Overview

Manager Quality role at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake. We are seeking a Manager (RN) in Quality to ensure that we provide high quality, efficient care and to support the Facility Vice President of Quality in monitoring and improving quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate and supervise daily operations of the Quality Management / Patient Safety Programs and support the Facility Vice President of Quality with an integrated framework for monitoring and evaluating quality of care.
• Develop and implement action plans addressing quality issues.
• Promote a positive culture that values individual strengths, takes risks, and is committed to optimal patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Regularly analyze facility quality and risk performance data and plan steps for ongoing improvement based on data analysis.
• Facilitate growth of hospital knowledge regarding quality and high reliability, including dissemination and implementation of best practices across the facility.
