The Change Management Consultant offers an opportunity to play a key role in driving organizational success and transformation at CommonSpirit Health. The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for leading and implementing organizational change initiatives at CommonSpirit Health to ensure seamless transitions and the successful adoption of new practices, processes, and systems. This role will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and design tailored change management strategies that align with the organization's goals.
The ideal candidate has extensive change management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders while navigating complex changes.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or consulting.
Required Licensure and Certifications Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar) is highly desirable.
