Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, to analyze customer trends and performance metrics.

Requirements

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy for effective data entry tasks.

Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing customer accounts.
