We are looking for a legal professional—whether an attorney, paralegal, or legal industry expert —who is eager to transition into the exciting world of legal recruiting. Prior recruiting experience is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and business acumen to identify, engage, and place top legal talent.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage top-tier attorneys and conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Guide candidates through the job search process, offering career advice and market insights.

Client Development & Relationship Building

  • Partner with law firms and corporate legal departments to understand hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence and strategic hiring recommendations.

    • Business Development & Sales

  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, job offers, and placement agreements.
  • Maintain and grow a network of legal professionals and industry contacts.

    • Who You Are

    Legal Background : You have experience as an attorney, paralegal, or legal industry professional and are looking for an exciting career shift.

    Strong Communicator : You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    Sales & Relationship-Driven : You enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a results-oriented environment.

    Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : You take initiative and are comfortable working in a remote yet highly collaborative team.

    Organized & Tech-Savvy : You can manage multiple searches, client relationships, and databases effectively.

    Qualifications

  • Experience in the legal industry (attorney, paralegal, or legal professional).
  • Recruiting experience preferred but not required —we provide training.
  • Must be located in Florida or New York .
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
