Key Responsibilities
Establish frameworks and templates for content production, translation, and localization
Partner with Automation and local teams to tailor CRM content for specific audiences
Oversee and review CRM content to ensure it meets quality expectations and brand alignment
Requirements
Exceptional English language skills; additional languages are a plus
Experience in CRM content creation, editing, or localization within digital marketing, Betting, or iGaming
Proven leadership experience managing writers or content teams
Strong understanding of brand tone, message architecture, and audience segmentation
Experience working with multiple markets and languages
