The Special Educator will work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. Position Overview :

As a Special Educator at Strides Therapy & Educational Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational journey of students with diverse learning needs. Collaborating closely with a team of fellow Special Educators, your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support to enhance students' communication and language development within educational settings across Delaware.

• Individualized Instruction : Develop and implement customized instructional plans to meet the unique needs of each student, focusing on Special Education.
• Collaborative Teamwork : Work collaboratively with other Special Educators (Exceptional Student Educators) and educational professionals to ensure a cohesive support system for students.
• Progress Monitoring : Regularly assess students' progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to promote growth and achievement.
• Communication : Maintain open and effective communication with students, families, and school staff to facilitate student success and address any concerns or challenges.
• Professional Development : Stay current with best practices and research in special education to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
