Job description5+ years of CMM programming experience, ideally with Mitutoyo or Zeiss. Proven experience in training others on the use of CMM. HS diploma or GED is required. Quality / Inspection related certification is desirable. Abilities in CMM set-up, layout inspection and calibration. Be able to evaluate and recommend CMM hardware / software improvements. Hours are flexible but will need to start work at 7am. Pay range for this position is $80k to $100k depending on experience. CMM Programmer
We have a live opportunity for a CMM Programmer to join a leading Aerospace manufacturing company based close to Enfield CT.
Due to growth our client is actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CMM Programmer to join their industry leading business. The CMM Programmer will provide CMM programming support and inspection of critical aerospace components.
Responsibilities
- Create component inspection programs for the CMM.
- Maintain and manage the CMM programs.
- Train inspectors on the use of the CMM.
- Identify potential areas for increased efficiency.
- Perform CMM inspection on complex and critical Aerospace components if necessary.
