Job descriptionSchedule : 24-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 AM). Covers both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Call ratio : 4 : 1. Practice Setting : Patient Demographics : 100% adult patients, 25% geriatric. patients per day (can spike to 30 during COVID). Conditions Managed : HIV / AIDS, MRSA, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, septic joint, meningitis, diabetic foot infections, bacteremia, and abscesses. Team : 3 physicians and 1 NP within the group. Participation in Infection Prevention, Infection Control, and Sepsis Programs / Committees. Support : EMR : Epic (must have Epic experience). Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) Required. Active BLS Required. Licensure : Active Indiana License Required at submission. Experience : Must be comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient settings. Preferred : Payer Enrollment : days. Hospital Privileges : days. Physician owned agency Highest-Pay rates on the market $1m / 3m malpractice insurance and tail 100% transparency
