Arthrex is actively searching for a Clinical Data Coordinator.
The successful candidate will work alongside a department of expert orthopedic healthcare professionals, world class faculty, and product management.
Main Objective : Assisting the clinical research team in running the day-to-day operational activities of data management for clinical studies.
Assist in the development and maintenance of software utilized for data collection.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Participates in overall department strategy to provide clinical data needed for regulatory requirements, and marketing and reimbursement initiatives for new and existing products.
Understands roles and responsibilities of clinical data management and clinical research stakeholders to effectively collaborate on relevant department projects and deliverables.
Support internal clinical data management initiatives.
Assists in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Records and maintains meeting correspondence and documentation of key discussions.
Assists in the creation and management of standard operating procedures, work instructions and training documents.
Assists in maintaining clinical data management Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
Assists in coordinating internal and external meetings with clinical data management and clinical research stakeholders.
Assists the clinical data management team with performing data review.
Assists the clinical data management team with pulling reports and metrics for clinical research stakeholders.
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree required.Preferably in business, life science or computer science.
Prior clinical data management experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements / Specialized Courses and / or Training : Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
Required to obtain Clinical Data Associate (CCDA) certification within 2 years of hire.
Machine, Tools, and / or Equipment Skills : PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel.
