Looking for a long term reliable, detailed, self managing housekeeper to help maintain a large home in Los Feliz / Hollywood, should live close by . Current housekeeper has worked for me for 24 years. Full-time position but flexible to minimum of 3 days a week I am looking for someone who is detail-oriented, punctual, and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate should have experience in bathroom cleaning, shampooing carpets, doing dishes, and maintaining general rooms. Additionally, I need someone who can also do the laundry as well as cleaning. I am a Single adult, no children with a small dog. Must like small dogs and take her for daily short walks. Coordinate with gardener, handyman, plumber and other workers. Home is very clean and well maintained.

I am offering a competitive hourly rate of $25, which is $800 per week for 32 hours with paid time off of 30 days per year. This is a full time position requires 32 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 4 days per week . Plus Paid 10 days sick leave, 2 weeks vacation, 10 national holidays and an annual bonus.
