Property and Casualty Underwriter

A company is looking for an Underwriting Operations Specialist II to focus on underwriting operations and support the underwriting strategy and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Review inspections and provide justification for underwriting decisions to ensure policies meet acceptable risk profiles

Analyze policies for exceptions from standard risk management policies and determine eligibility and classification

Process underwriting referrals and changes to the policy risk profile based on underwriting data analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Property and Casualty Insurance License required

2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience

2+ years of Underwriting experience in Personal Lines insurance

Strong experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
