Salary Range : $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Professional Nurse to join our team in the Infectious Disease Med / Surg Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Assessing, coordinating, planning, and directing patient care to manage the needs of assigned patients effectively.
• Implementing and managing patient care throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge, ensuring smooth transitions within the acute care stay.
• Collaborating with the caregiving team to deliver competent and compassionate patient care across various settings.
• Providing support to hospital staff and referring facilities while ensuring a patient-centered care approach.
