Business Litigation Associate Attorney – Dallas

Direct Counsel is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded law firm in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team on sophisticated commercial, civil, and business litigation matters, representing national and international clients across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including consumer and shareholder class actions, M&A disputes, securities litigation, corporate governance matters, real estate financing and development conflicts, and product liability cases.
• Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery, depositions, and motions practice.
• Conduct legal research, draft persuasive pleadings, and present arguments in court.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
