Required certifications include BLS and PALS. The schedule involves a rotation of day and night shifts, with every other weekend required. Floating to other units such as PICU, NICU, MSICU, and CICU may be necessary. The facility is an acute care facility with a comprehensive mix of patient diagnoses, including neurology, neurosurgery, and respiratory conditions.
