Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse

Overview :

We’re seeking an experienced and highly skilled Medical ICU (MICU) Registered Nurse to provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates advanced clinical judgment, and works collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill medical patients.
  • Administer medications, interventions, and life-support treatments as ordered.
  • Utilize and interpret advanced monitoring equipment and devices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and condition changes.

    • Requirements :

  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent MICU experience.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
