Employment Type : Staff\n\nOverview : \n\n$7500 SIGN ON BONUS AND COMPANY CAR AVAILABLE!!\n\nFriday, Saturday, Sunday (12 hours) finish up Monday morning (4 hours).\n\n3-4 admits daily on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and then Monday mornings to finish paperwork and once a month nurse meeting. Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine patient eligibility and care needs.\n
Initiate the Plan of Care in accordance with physician orders, clinical standards, and regulatory guidelines.\n
Document all patient assessments, clinical findings, and admission records accurately and promptly.\n
Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding process.\n
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency policies.\n
Uphold professional nursing standards while delivering compassionate, hands-on patient care.\nAbout You : \n\nQualifications – What You'll Bring : \n
Active RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility to obtain).\n
1+ year of high acuity nursing experience\n
A compassionate, flexible, and patient-centered approach to care.\n
Comfort providing care in a variety of home and community settings.\n
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.\n
Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.\n
Current CPR certification.\n\nPreferred Experience (Not Required) : \n
1 + year experience in home health, hospice, ICU, geriatrics, Med-Surg, ER, ICU, PACU, telemetry, cardiac or a related clinical setting.\n
