Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute energy management strategies for clients' real estate portfolios

Manage energy benchmarking and assessments to identify opportunities for savings

Conduct on-site energy audits and prioritize energy capital projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience

Extensive experience in energy conservation and management

Demonstrated experience with data center energy management

Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems

Strong project management and leadership skills
