As a Security Professional - Media Facility Access in North Canton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and attention to detail. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain visibility, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and / or vendors with access-related inquiries and directions.

Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols relevant to a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or breaches of access control protocols.

Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR certification is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
