Employment Law Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California or Washington (or currently licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with pending admission to the CA or WA Bar)
13 years of experience in civil litigation with knowledge of discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively from day one
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel for hearings, depositions, and client matters as needed
Employment Law Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills :
Prior exposure to class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, or complex litigation
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights
